These best patriotic movies on Netflix are perfect for Memorial Day weekend, July 4th (Independence Day), or any other year.

These are excellent additions to your Netflix queue. What better way to ring in the weekend than with a Netflix marathon?  

After your post-barbecue coma, you could get drawn into a vortex of binge-viewing “Manifest” or watching “The Great British Bake Off.” But, c’mon, it’s the Fourth of July holiday weekend; add some patriotic pride to your streaming.

1. The Patriot (2000)

Additionally, Waters, a fiercely loyal and hardened veteran, is assigned on a regular operation to collect a Doctors Without Borders physician, Dr. Lena Kendricks, when Nigeria’s democratic government falls apart, and a vicious military dictator takes over the country.

14. Body Of Lies (2008)
