Magical Girl Site is a story about a girl who becomes a magical girl. She has always been in love with her childhood friend, but one day he disappears. Her world is changed when she discovers that others like her and she’s not alone.

As the name suggests, it’s pretty different from Violet Evergarden, but with similar themes; that’s why it makes it to my list of anime like violet evergarden.
The story follows Kei Hatayama and her life as she grows up with her father, who has brain cancer—and can only see black and white due to his condition.
When she meets a girl named Yui Kiriyama who can’t recognize any colors (what we’d call “colorblindness”), they become friends and share their experiences.
It’s probably one of the unique stories on this list because it doesn’t involve war or politics—instead, focusing on how two normal teenagers experience life together despite their differences.
9. Saekano: How To Raise A Boring Girlfriend
Saekano: How To Raise A Boring Girlfriend is about a high school student tasked with creating a visual novel.
The anime follows him as he struggles to make his own game with the help of his friends, who are all girls.
This anime is a romantic comedy that explores what it means to be an otaku, how hard it can be to create something you love, and the importance of having someone you love by your side when things get rough.
