In the absence of a more suitable setting for creating new plots. Storytelling will persist if humanity is unable to put an end to the conflict.

The best war movies on Hulu reveal the gripping horrors, love stories, philosophical explorations, political dramas, and gripping conflicts beneath the battlefields and the action-packed fighting scenes.

Captain Hunter’s second-in-command questions Captain Ramsey’s decision to attack Lieutenant Commander Ron Hunter (Denzel Washington).

5. Green Zone (2010)

YouTube video

What distinguishes Green Zone from the roughly 100 other war movies starring Matt Damon on Hulu alone? The movie centers on Damon’s portrayal of a military officer searching for WMDs in Iraq.

The work is dangerous and thrilling, keeping viewers on edge. However, the film does an excellent job of showing how deeply ingrained socioeconomic and political issues are in a war; after all, the history of WMD in Iraq is a contentious one that led many to question the War on Terror in the years following its conclusion.

6. Shadow In The Cloud (2020)

Even though it occasionally leans slightly toward armed services propaganda. It’s still the closest most people will ever come to witnessing the true horrors of war.

The documentary might be fascinating, given how the American withdrawal from Afghanistan played out in 2021. Raising concerns about the sacrifices made by soldiers during the Afghanistan War.

10. The 12th Man (2017)

YouTube video

The stories of one of these heroes, the people who hunted him, and the people who saved him during the Second World War are told in the well-known Norwegian historical drama The 12th Man.

When confronting the terrible things colonizers did to peoples they considered inferior or subject to the rule, ideas that apply throughout the western world. The Dutch film doesn’t pull any punches.

12. Eye In The Sky (2015)
