Below is my list of the best family monster movies.
1. Hotel Transylvania (2012)

It is the first installment of the Hotel Transylvania franchise. And also the first on my list of family monster movies.
The film tells the story of Count Dracula, who operates a high-end resort away from the human world, and goes into overprotective mode when a boy discovers the resort and falls for the count’s teenage daughter. One of the best family monster movies to enjoy with your family.
2. Monster House (2006)

Monster House is a 2006 American 3D computer-animation family monster movie directed by Gil Kenan.
Also, The producers include ImageMovers and Amblin Entertainment. And are distributed by Columbia Pictures.
Executive produced by Steven Spielberg and Robert Zemeckis, the film stars Mitchel Musso, Sam Lerner, Spencer Locke, Steve Buscemi, Maggie Gyllenhaal, Jon Heder, Kevin James, Jason Lee, Catherine O’Hara, and Nick Cannon.
The plot revolves around three preteens investigating a mysterious house across the street. Monster House takes the second spot on my list of family monster movies. This movie is a top choice for family monster movies if you are with the Kids.
3. Coraline (2009)

Third on my list of family monster movies is Coraline, a 2009 stop-motion animated film based on Neil Gaiman’s 2002 novel of the same name. It was produced by Laika, an animation studio with other popular movies such as ParaNorman and The Boxtrolls.
Furthermore, The plot centers around a young girl named Coraline Jones, who discovers a secret door in her new home that leads to an alternate universe.
She meets versions of her neighbors and her parents, who are more attentive and loving than those on the other side.
It’s the kind of story that will appeal to kids (who can appreciate the notion and creativity) and adults (who can admire the attention to detail), so it’s definitely worth watching with your family!
4. Frankenweenie (2012)

Frankenweenie is a 2012 American 3D stop-motion-animated fantasy horror film directed by Tim Burton and produced by Walt Disney Pictures.

The voice cast includes four actors who worked with Burton on previous films: Winona Ryder (Beetlejuice, Edward Scissorhands), Catherine O’Hara (Beetlejuice, The Nightmare Before Christmas), Martin Short (Mars Attacks!), and Martin Landau (Ed Wood, Sleepy Hollow).
Frankenweenie is also the fourth stop-motion film produced by Burton and the first of those four that is rated PG by the MPAA.

And they’ll probably spend the rest of the day talking about how cool it was when the father’s head was on backward!

9. Hocus Pocus (1993)

It follows a villainous comedic trio of witches inadvertently resurrected by a male teenager as a virgin in Salem, Massachusetts. The film was released to negative reviews from critics but has become a cult classic and still is one of the best family monster movies.
10. Scooby-Doo on Zombie Island (1998)

Summarily, Most people are familiar with this movie through its many sequels and television shows (including Casper Meets Wendy).
Casper was played by an actress named Malachi Pearson. His voice was provided by Brad Garrett (Everybody Loves Raymond).
