Amélie is a tale about a young lady named Amélie whose youth was smothered by her Dad’s mixed-up worries about a heart defect. With these worries, Amélie gets scarcely any genuine contact with others.

This leads Amélie to fall back on her fantastical world and dreams of love and beauty.
