I’ve always been fascinated by anime movies. That’s why I assembled a list of the best 2021 anime movies.
Anime movies are the most exciting movie genre, and they are getting better every year. There were two great anime movies in 2018, and there were going to be more in 2019.
Most of them we can’t watch in theater but instead on the internet, but that is a different story. In this post, I will advise you all about the greatest anime movies of 2021 and what they are about just to make it easier for your choosing.
1. My Hero Academia: World Heroes’ Mission
First on our list of 2021 anime movies is My Hero Academia: World Heroes’ Mission.
When a terrorist group ravaged the city by releasing a poison that caused people to lose control of their lives, Japanese warriors were scattered all over the world trying to find a genius and condemn him.
2. Belle
Second, on our list of 2021 anime movies is Belle. A high school student becomes a world-famous artist after entering the world of fantastic viewing. He soon begins an emotional and historical effort to discover the identity of the mysterious beast that is fleeing from its vicious alert.
3. Words Bubble Up Like Soda Pop
Further on our list of 2021 anime movies is Words Bubble Up Like Soda Pop. Love blossoms between two ignorant people, having trouble communicating with people after meeting on a hot day.
4. Detective Conan: The Scarlet Bullet
Also on our list of 2021 anime movies is Detective Conan: The Scarlet Bullet. Japan celebrates the upcoming World Cup Games in Tokyo. The world’s first vacuum-tube super-conducting linear train was built with the latest Japanese technology and timed to overlap with the opening events of the WSG.
5. Mobile Suit Gundam Hathaway
Next on our list of 2021 anime movies is Mobile Suit Gundam Hathaway. Still distraught over his past actions, Hathaway Noah joined a terrorist organization called the Mufti and adopted the name “Mufti Nabiyy Erin .”Mufti fights a terrorist campaign against the Earth Federation government.
6. Evangelion: 3.0+1.0 Thrice Upon a Time
One of the great 2021 anime movies is Evangelion: 3.0+1.0 Thrice Upon a Time. Shinji Ikari is still confused after losing his desire to live, but the place he came to teaches him what it means to be optimistic. Finally, the Instrumentality Project has begun, and Wille is making a final effort to prevent the Last Impact.
7. The Seven Deadly Sins: Cursed By Light
Next on our 2021 anime movies is The Seven Deadly Sins: Cursed By Light. Meliodas and his companions jumped back into action when the new era of peace was threatened by a powerful, magical alliance that could mean the end of everyone.
8. Sailor Moon Eternal
Also on our list of 2021 anime movies is Sailor Moon Eternal. When dark forces cover the Earth after a total eclipse, the dispersed Sailors must gather to restore light to the Earth.
9. Sing a Bit of Harmony
Next on our list of 2021 anime movies is Sing a Bit of Harmony. An unidentified girl named Shion moves on to Keibu High School, where she quickly became famous for her open personality and exceptional athletic talent. However, this popular new girl has a hidden secret.
10. Sword Art Online Progressive: Aria of a Starless Night
Also on the list of 2021 anime movies is Sword Art Online Progressive: Aria of a Starless Night. One month after the death of Kayaba Akihiko, the death toll continues to rise, with two thousand players losing their lives in the world-famous VRMMO Sword Art Online.

12. Knights of Sidonia: Love Woven in the Stars

13. Jujutsu Kaisen 0

21. Child of Kamiari Month
This is the anime story of a 12-year-old girl, Kanna, born a descendant of the gods. His family is tasked with bringing donations from all over Japan to the gods’ festival in Izumo.
Although Kanna’s mother was about to finish the job, her death prompted Kanna to finish the job, hoping she would never be able to meet her dead mother again in God’s land at the end of her journey.
22. Luca
Sitting in a beautiful seaside town on the Italian Riviera, the first cartoon feature is the following story about a single boy facing an unforgettable summer full of gelato, pasta, and endless scooters. Luca shares these experiences with his new best friend, but a profound mystery threatens all the fun: he is a sea monster from just under the water.
23. Ron’s Gone Wrong
Barney is a schoolboy who is not well off in the community who adopts a robot named Ron – a walking, talking, digital device that should be his best friend. Barney is happy to finally have his robot – until his new toy starts to work out weirdly, attracting the attention of a shady executor who wants to protect his company’s stock price at all costs.
24. Vivo
Vivo follows the one-of-a-kind kinkajou (also known as the “bee”) who spends his days playing hymns to the crowds in a happy scene with its beloved owner Andrés.
Although they may not speak the same language, Vivo and Andrés are two perfect people with the same love for music.
But when tragedy struck shortly after, Andrés received a letter from the famous Martha Sandoval, inviting his ex-partner to a farewell concert, hoping that they would reconnect.
It was up to Vivo to deliver a message Andrés had never issued: A love letter to Martha, written. Long back, in the form of a song.
However, to get to Martha, who lives in a different country, Vivo will need the help of Gabi – a powerful player who blasts his offbeat drum to fulfill his owner’s wishes.
25. Flee
A cartoon documentary tells a true story about a man’s need to deal with his past to have a future indeed. Amin arrived at a young age unaccompanied in Denmark from Afghanistan. At age 36, she is a successful student and is married to her longtime boyfriend.
Furthermore, The secret they have maintained for more than 20 years threatens to destroy the very life they have created. This is the first moment she has shared her story with a close friend.
26. The Boss Baby: Family Business
In the DreamWorks Animation comedy-blockbuster comedy sequence, Templeton’s siblings – Tim (James Marsden, X-Men franchise) and his little Boss Baby (Alec Baldwin) – are also older and move away from each other.

28. Space Jam: A New Legacy
Welcome to Jam! NBA champion and world icon LeBron James continue the historic journey near the timeless Tune Bugs Bunny with the animated/live event “Space Jam: A New Legacy.”
This journey of change is a combination of two worlds that determine how far some parents will go to communicate with their children.
Subsequently, when LeBron and his young son Dom are trapped in a digital environment by corrupt AI, LeBron has to bring them home by leading the bugs, Lola Bunny, and the rest of Looney Tunes’ infamous gang to defeat the digital AI champions court: a robust list of basketball experts as you have never seen them before.
A strong influence from 2018, 2020, and 2021 will prove to be an exciting times for animation.
Whatever the future carries, you can be sure that it will contain great content from studios worldwide, including anime movies that do justice to their predecessors.
So this list may not be 100% complete, but I did the best I could to bring you what i consider great anime.
