Since 1995, 85 commercial video games based on Lego, The Lego Group’s construction technology, have been created.

Following Mindscape’s second game, Lego Island, The Lego Group began publishing its games through its Lego Media subsidiary, which was renamed Lego Software in 2001 and Lego Interactive in 2002.

Before dissolving, the division collaborated with Electronic Arts on several projects. Former Lego Interactive employees formed Giant Interactive Entertainment to produce future Lego games.

Giant combined with Traveller’s Tales to establish TT Games after Lego Star Wars: The Video Game.

Let’s dive into some lego video games in order of descent.

1. Lego Legacy: Heroes Unboxed

Lego Legacy: Heroes Unboxed is the most recent lego video game in order of descent. A flip tactical battle role-playing game that features characters from the Lego Minifigure line, the characters are characterized as residents of Piptown.

The game allows the user to assemble a squad of five Minifigure figures that can be used to fight in campaigns, events, and arena battles.

Players advance through the videogame by traveling across maps and fighting other teams of semi characters in combat.

By plundering campaigns and discovering character tiles, you can unlock Minifigure characters along the route. New powers and items can also be unlocked, allowing characters to level up and progress.

Several characters can only be unlocked during special events or by purchasing tiles from the game shop.

2. Lego Brawls

Lego Brawls, the next in the Lego video game in order, is a four-player vs. four-player mobile fighting game in which the goal is to control the center of the map until your team’s color is complete.

Lego Brawls also includes a training mode and a party mode. Lego Brawls allows players to customize their own “hero” with their firearms and abilities. As the player progresses, they will be awarded mystery chests containing cosmetic or combat items.

3. Lego Builder’s Journey

The LEGO Builder’s Journey is an ambient, architectural puzzle Lego game in order game that urges us to follow the directions… and then break them.

Allow yourself to be immersed in a poetic universe of LEGO bricks while experimenting with free-form puzzle solutions. There will be highs and lows, struggles, and celebrations throughout the story.

The Builder’s Journey is about discovering who we are and what we will become. The most faithfully rendered LEGO parts yet to appear on screens, featuring spectacular ray tracing features, bring the beautiful LEGO brick world to life.

4. Lego Worlds

Lego Worlds is a sandbox computer lego video game in order where players construct a planet with Lego bricks.

The player is awarded “studs,” an in-game currency, for collecting things scattered over the map. The player can construct with the items they’ve found.

Players can create their environment using pre-built Lego constructions or the “brick-by-brick editor tool,” players can create their environment.

In the game, players can change their faces and costumes, and landscape tools can change the terrain and environment.

The game includes all sorts of vehicles and monsters, including helicopters. Later upgrades brought a multiplayer option and world-sharing elements to the game.

5. Lego Ninjago: Shadow of Ronin

On the Nintendo 3DS and PlayStation Vita, LEGO Ninjago: Shadow of Ronin is a Ninjago console game. It was later made available as an iOS and Android app.

Though it is non-canon, the events of the lego video game in order – Lego Ninjago: Shadow of Ronin – has its tale take place between the fourth and fifth seasons.

The game’s main enemy was Ronin, while the game’s villainous side was the Dark Samurai.

According to Tom Stone, Managing Director of TT Games, “This will be the broadest platform game through the Ninjago universe that we’ve ever developed.” “Kids will love confronting a new opponent with an exciting selection of fascinating vehicles, mechs, and even dragons as their favorite Ninja warriors!”

6. Lego Nexo Knights: Merlock

One of the lego games in order, Nexo Knights, was a fantasy-based Castle theme that debuted in 2016 and was discontinued in 2018.

The story takes place in the realm of Knighton, and it chronicles the exploits of five young Knights as they fight to save their home against Jestro, Monstrox, and his monster army.

The sets were formally released on January 2, 2016, while some were available in stores as early as late December 2015. Nexo Knights have a (now defunct) app that can interact with physical LEGO parts like the Ultra Agents.

7. Lego Nijango: Nindroids

Lego Ninjago: Nindroids, This Lego video game is mainly set in Ninjago, a fictitious world partly based on East Asian mythologies and culture.

Ninjago exists in a modern setting centered around the large metropolis of Ninjago City, which highlights skyscrapers, current-age and sophisticated vehicles, modern electronics, robotic exo-suits (mechs), and other futuristic technology while also featuring historically designed buildings and traditional clothing.

The plot revolves around a gang of six teenage ninjas warring against the evil forces known as “Elemental Masters,” a group of characters with elemental abilities.

The series starts with the ninja squad being established and trained in the fictional martial art of “Spinjitzu,” the primary fighting method featured in the program by their ancient teacher Sensei Wu.

8. Lego Minifigures

Both traditional isometric role-playing computer games and recent lego video games in order inspire the game.

The player may use their mouse to maneuver and attack adversaries and smash and create Lego objects.

The player may have up to three Minifigures in their inventory at any given time while playing, and they could also open their collection to alter which three they had access to right away.

Experience points might be used to level up Minifigures and increase their powers. The game included a center connected to several themed worlds, each with various dungeons to raid.

The gamer could also compete in teams against other players.

9. Lego Legends of Chima: Speedorz

Legends of Chima is a 2013 theme that was introduced. The theme depicts a country known as the Land of Chima, home to 22 anthropomorphic creature tribes.

A battle threatens to obliterate their friendships as well as their homeland. This theme ought to replace Ninjago, but both were retained in production in the end; however, Legends of Chima only ran until 2015.

10. Lego Legends of Chima: Lavia’s Journey

In Lego Legends of Chima: Laval’s Journey, over 60 playable characters and fifteen levels to combat over.

Lions, birds, gorillas, wolves, rhinoceros, crocodiles, bears, ravens, and nomads, such as Skinner the skunk and Furtivo the fox, are among the Chima tribes that can be played.

11. Lego Legends of Chima: Online

It was created to provide youngsters with a “safe and wonderfully immersive linked game experience” set in the Chima universe.

In the realm of Chima, the player could construct and design their kingdom. An open environment, quests to complete, distant regions to explore, and the opportunity to design and modify characters and their gear were among the other highlights.

In late February 2014, power cards were added to the game. They bestowed extraordinary in-game magical powers on the player or unlocked buildings that provided them.

Players identified the cards with their iOS devices to trigger their in-game incentive. Power Cards are included in several LEGO Chima sets.

12. Lego Friends

The gameplay of Lego Friends differs from that of previous Lego video games. Platforming and combat are no longer available, and levels have been substituted by a single overworld (Heartlake City).

Characters also give you various tasks to accomplish, which usually entail solving puzzles and playing minigames.

Completing these tasks will provide more customization options and increase their “friendship level” with other players. Lego Friends has garnered mediocre to unfavorable reviews in all of its editions.

On Metacritic, the game has a combined score of 43/100, based on four reviewer reviews, indicating “generally poor reviews.” The system is based on the same-named Lego Friends theme and has many of the same characters and settings.

Granted, this is not an exhaustive list of the available lego video game in order. But it does provide an insight into the plethora of games offered by the company. To that end, you have a solid base of games to choose from.
