The team then sets out on its way to the ship. The woolly mammoth Manny, who believes he is the last of his kind, meets the female mammoth, Ellie.

The others persuade her to board the boat with them. As the gang tries to defeat enemies and save friends, a series of misadventures happens, providing viewers with comic relief.
